4s2p 12v PCB Busbars for Headway Cells

These high quality PCB copper busbars were recovered from Headway battery packs. They fit both red and blue Headway cells (38120 and 40152 sizes).

You get a pair of PCB busbars for this price. The top and bottom are included. They are also labeled with + and - for the cell directions.

Cells are not included obviously. The photos just show proof that they fit the red and blue Headways.

These are not high power busbars. The PCB's are nice and solid and about 1/16" thick. These would be great for a battery project that requires no more than 30a continuous.

With the red 8ah 38120 Headways you can make a 4s2p 12.8v 16ah battery. You will still need to add a BMS. This is just the busbar. There is some circuit components on the board but they are inactive. This is a cheap way to make a 4s2p battery and the board is thick and sturdy enough where the cells don't seem to need holders or spacers. So 8 cells, 1 of these boards, and a 4s 30a lifepo4 BMS would be an awesome and inexpensive build for smaller 12v projects.
